916 Movers charges by the quarter hour and accepts cash or credit/debit cards. A 4% fee applies to credit or debit card payments. We do not accept checks, money orders, cryptocurrency, or cashier’s checks for final payment.

Additional charges apply for trash disposal, storage, parking permits, tolls, pianos, gun safes, and any items over 250 lbs. Items over 250 lbs require at least three movers, and we must be informed about oversized items when scheduling to provide an accurate quote and ensure safe handling.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the move incur a two-hour minimum charge. By providing your credit card at booking, you authorize 916 Movers to charge the full contract amount and waive the right to dispute related charges.

Full payment is due immediately after unloading your moving truck. If payment cannot be made at that time, a $199 fee plus $25 per day will be assessed until the balance is paid in full.

• Start/end: Time begins at your first location and ends after unload and truck reset at the final stop. • Drive time: All drive time between locations is billed. • Outside area: Moves outside Sacramento may include travel time to/from our facility unless otherwise arranged. • Traffic: We are not responsible for unforeseen traffic delays between locations.

All mattresses must be in protective cases or bags. We are not responsible for any damage or stains if your mattress is not properly covered.

We do not move: • Liquids: detergent, oil, fuel, water, liquor, shampoo, perfumes, lotions, or any bottled liquids • Hazardous/flammable: poisons, gas tanks, paint, stains, or anything flammable • Weapons not in a gun safe • Perishables: food • Plants.
